Wake up to the coffee scrubby massage bar, an amazing experience. I use to to get the circulation going on my sore thigh muscles. First I run warm water over the muscle, or any part of your body, then massage at a gentle pressure, in small circular motion. Let the soap lather up without rinsing it off right away. Rub it into the skin and smell the scent or natural essential oil aroma of your choice. Inside this amazing massage bar is sea salt & sea clay, coffee, coconut and shea butter base. It has an exfoliating affect on your skin.
